Refund Policy

All sales are final unless the item is grossly misrepresented. We will not accept returns for any other reason. If the item proves to be grossly misrepresented please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will provide you instructions on return shipping. The item must be returned in the exact same condition as when it was delivered. A full refund plus the cost of shipping and insurance will be issued pending receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only allowed for the items which are defective or damaged upon receipt. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. All items can only exchange for equal price replacement, please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.
