Will I have to pay customs charges for my order?
There are NO custom fees or any additional taxes for all EU countries.All orders from within the EU are free from any customs charges. If you order from outside the EU you might get charged for duty and customs fees, however most packages will make it through customs.

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number for your parcel by email. With the tracking number you can track the delivery of your parcel online. You can also use "Your account" on our site (top right-hand corner), which allows you to see your tracking number and the different stages of the order process. You can log on to this tool by using the email address and password you used when you placed your order. After your order is dispatched, you can follow the delivery with the displayed tracking number that the courier provides. The tracking number will also be emailed to you.
We noticed that the parcelforce tracking website works better when using the FIREFOX Webrowser and when you put a "SPACE" behind the tracking number.
Please note that sometimes items sent from overseas to the UK cannot be tracked online using the Parcelforce tracking website.
In this case, you can trace your item only by phone if you call the customer service advisors on 08457 740 740.

Please ask them to trace your parcel that has been shipped from abroad as REGISTERED PRIORITY AIRMAIL
and please keep your tracking reference number handy. You can find your tracking number in your order history if you press here
Customers from all other countries please contact your domestic post customer service by phone and provide them with your tracking number. Ask them to track your REGISTERED PRIORITY AIRMAIL for you. In some countries, the customer service advisors can provide you with the local tracking code. You can use this code to track your parcel on your domestic post website.
If your package was shipped and has not been received within a sufficient amount of time, first thing you should do is contacting your local post office. Often they forget to leave you a note about your undelivered records. If they cannot help, please contact us, and we will request a package tracer. The purpose of the tracer is to provide proof of delivery. If the shipping company is unable to proof the delivery, we will re-ship your order ASAP.
